Pricing FAQ

Can I try MDynamics before the initial top-up?

Yes! Our Free Tier plan has Zero Monthly Fees. When you create an account, you automatically will have a Free Tier plan to upload 5000 contacts and to try MDynamics with no time limit. You will only need to top-up when you start sending messages, or if you need to perform a purchase such as getting an optional longcode number.

Do I have to enter my credit card to sign up?

No. We only need your name, email and your organization for the sign up.

Are there any contracts?

The MDynamics Free Tier account is a Pay-As-You-Go account that requires No Contract, has Zero Monthly Fees and No Sign-up Fees. To use the services, you simply do a top-up in advance that has a minimum of SGD10 for each top-up, and the sum is decreased as you use the services.

Do I need any prior knowledge or skills before using MDynamics?

No. MDynamics is designed with simplicity and is very easy to use. If you ever need guidance, you can refer to our online help for tips or contact our support team.

How can I pay?

Payments for top-ups are completed via credit card, safely through our payment processor Stripe. The system will automatically deduct your balance based on your usage. Statements are available within your account.

How do I close my account?

Within your MDynamics account, go to Account > Support and submit your request to close your account.

Do I get any refund if I decide to close the account?

The refund policy is applied equally to all of our customers where all top-ups be it unused, consumed or expired, are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Is there an expiry date for the top-up amounts in my account?

No, top-up amounts to your balance carry over month-to-month and never expire. So you can use the MDynamics services at your own pace.

How much does it cost to send messages overseas?

Is there a limit to how many contacts I can have?

Yes, for the Free Tier, there is a limit of 5,000 contacts. For the Enterprise Tier, it will be customized to your request.
