7 September 2017, Singapore - Singapore-based enterprise communications enabler Hello Technology today announced that it is working with Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL) to advance the field of RCS Business Messaging in Singapore. RCS Business Messaging. Long touted as the next evolution of the universal SMS standard that has been used globally, RCS will allow businesses to communicate with their customers with greater levels of interactivity through the introduction of a host of features that are not currently possible on SMS, empowering businesses to engage their consumers in more engaging conversations about their brand.
